I’m so excited to officially bring Super Shakes from Brandon, Mississippi, to The Little Green Fork in downtown Natchez!

When I first tried these shakes, I knew our community would love them. Created by Registered Dietitian Jason Stogner, Super Shakes were developed with thoughtfully selected ingredients to deliver great nutrition without sacrificing flavor. They’re made to order, packed with protein, and are a quick, delicious option whether you’re on your way to work, leaving the gym, or simply looking for a healthier meal on the go.
