It's another Friday By the River with and we came packed for a beautiful day. Turkish Ruce Pudding, Strawberry, Blueberry, Mixed Fruit, Strawberry Banana, Strawberry Basil (yeah yeah yeah, we had A LOT of local strawberries). And for adults only we have boozy Spiked Coffee and Pina Colada!

Back just in time for the heat...3 new flavors of cookie sammies sold exclusively at Grand Cru Wine & Spirits. Right now you're looking at Vanilla Bourbon on Heathbar cookies. Come tomorrow and you can taste Piña Colada with Rum on Coconut cookies and Peanut Butter Stout on PB cookies, with stout from our very own Tailgate Brewery!

We'll be doing tastings and trying out new boozy flavors all summer, so check back now, ya hear?

Two versions of a classic coffee cocktail, El Carajillo! Part of our ongoing collaboration with Kenneth V from Denim, where you can hang out on the rooftop at the Joseph and enjoy your own!

One is made with espresso gelato. The Licor 43 adds vanilla, citrus, and spice. The blanco tequila adds a kick. Then we dip it in white chocolate.

The other is vanilla gelato. We use our own extract made with Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans. Add the Licor 43 and blanco tequila. Then dipped in our own espresso dark chocolate.

You'll find us around town on Tuesdays at , Saturdays at , throughout April and May at the Springtime Shelby Park Beer Garden with our old pals at .

And we're cooking up some new boozy flavors with Kenneth, the cocktail maestro at Denim. And working to get freezers with gelato, popsicles, and gelato cookie sammies at some of your favorite local breweries and distilleries. Stay tuned! Gonna be a helluva season!
