We’re into mid to late summer and our local corn is 💯 right now. Our newly added corn pizza with pecorino, sweet marconi peppers, oregano and lime. This and our peach froyo is almost too much summer (in the best way).

When summer is hitting like it is and our local farms are producing such stunning fruit and veg, you let tomatoes and peaches shine without getting too much in the way. Heirloom tomatoes, local peaches with tomato vine and a sauce made from sweet peppers and onion.
