The menu at Adele’s focuses on seasonal, accessible comfort food sourced from local farms and purveyors. The restaurant is open for dinner daily, lunch Friday and Saturdays and now offers a wonderful Sunday brunch buffet. Customized catering options are available as well. A few members of our team had the chance to tour Corsair Artisan Distillery and get a behind-the-scenes look at how their award-winning spirits are made. From their Prohibition-style pot still and fermentation vessels to learning about the history of Corsair and the distillation process, it was an incredible experience, finished off with a guided tasting of five of their signature spirits. 🥃

We’re proud to feature Corsair as part of our Local Sips program at Adele’s. Stop by and enjoy their Triple Smoke whiskey in our house Old Fashioned, you might just find your new favorite pour.
