Bongo East and Game Point Café share a space in the Five Points neighborhood in East Nashville. The addition of the board game café in late 2017 is the latest evolution of this space. In 2000, we helped kick-off the revitalization of the area by moving our coffee roasting operation here. The small café we added was almost an after-thought. As the neighborhood grew around us, we moved the wholesale

roasting company out to make more room for tables and chairs. Now the café boasts a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu along with a coffee bar featuring our 100% organic coffee and local craft brews. Game Point Café @ Bongo East opened in November 2017. This is the city’s first board game café featuring a curated library of more than 300 board games that include classic, family, party and modern strategic games. Game Coaches are on hand to teach rules, share the passion and (if needed) settle disputes.

Whether your weekend plans look like iced coffee, matcha, a table full of games, or just finding somewhere to hang for a while, we have you covered.

And if you’re looking for something to do Sunday night, Social Sunday is back with Tennessee Game Days. Come meet some new people, learn a new game, or jump into one you already know. Just look for the “Need Players” sign and they’ll help get you into a game.
