er of 2016 to rave reviews from New Yorkers and Cajuns alike. In an effort to bring the love to as many cajun-craving folks as possible, Adam decamped to Nashville in the Fall of 2020 and opened Gumbo #2 in The Gulch in March 2021. And the rest, as they say, is history.
