Semi-homemade dinner tonight 🍜🍋‍🟩 frozen vegan pad thai & red spot prawn 🍤

I followed the packaged instructions for both items and decided to cut the prawns in half and sautéed them with garlic and salt before adding it to the noodles.

The noodles were kind of bland so I added some vegan fish sauce, creole seasoning, and garnishes.

Not bad for a 15 minute meal! 😋
