Thank you for the wonderful feedback last night as we introduced a new Fall Menu item - Sable fish (Black Cod)
Seared in brown butter and finished with sage roasted mushrooms. The buttery, melt in your mouth fish is served over our truffle + parmesan cauliflower puree.

Before launching our new Fall Menu on November 7th, we look forward to sharing several more new items with our guests.

We started off Old Fashioned Week with a bang yesterday!
Come and join us from October 11-20 as we proudly partner with in serving our Perfect Old Fashioned in support of the Southern Smoke Foundation. $1 is donated for every Old Fashioned sold to help support the Food & Beverage community.

From farmers to fry cooks, servers to sommeliers, Southern Smoke takes care of our own by putting dollars directly into the pockets of food and beverage workers when it's needed most.

Whether there are unforeseen hardships or mental health needs, our funds and resources help those who put food on the table.
