We are arriving home with renewed energy and focus after an intense learning session with Michael de Renouard. Mike spends his time traveling the world commissioning Loring coffee roasting plants, dialing in each brand’s roasting philosophy, and training production teams to roast to exact flavor profiles. Loring is an incredibly precise instrument and has become a global standard in specialty coffee roasting.

Thank you to Michael for sharing your knowledge, JJ and the La Cabra team for hosting, and Patrick from Loring for organizing.

Looking forward to continuing to improve our community’s coffee.
