Coming back to the Nashville Farmers' Market this past Sunday was a blesssing!! So good to see so many of yall faces that’s been rocking with Rad Rab since the LAST time we were here many years ago.

Now I didn’t have time to take great pics so the last pics were on the fly but it’s real, raw, and authentic. Let me know what you want to see on the menu next time.

That bittersweet feeling you get when you realize there’s only TWO supper clubs left 😩.

This Spring-Summer we have been learning new recipes and ideas surrounding food. We have been having so much fun putting farm to table practices into each meal, going into Brooklyn Heights Garden, gathering our ingredients, and learning creative ways to put them to use. Folks leave with knowledge on ways to meal prep in an easy way, how to cook sauces and meals from scratch, dehydrate veggies, and with a belly full of delicious plant-based food.

This particular class was so delightful amazing vibes and Ms. Pearl graced her with her amazing presence. The garden was also so abundant that we got many ingredients for our recipe there like chili peppers, bell peppers, eggplant, and more.

Shout out to Knockout Wings on their pop-up! Seeing Black-owned businesses grow is always something we’ll celebrate. They were actually part of the inspiration behind Radical Rabbit’s award-winning Fried Jackfruit years ago, and we love to see it.

Now we’re just making sure our vegan community is taken care of… because we’re popping up somewhere soon. 👀

Yesterday’s Supper Club Brooklyn Heights Garden was magical 💫

We learned and/or made from scratch:
Pesto, Mayo, Sour Cream, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Marry Me Sauce, Cashew Cream, Roasted Tomatoes, Meal Prep Basics, and then had an amazing meal together. We pack so much info into one class!
