Dear Customers, Someone who named themselves Rooster McQueen sent me a message that our floor hosts and phone hosts were terrible, yet the food is good. There was no deeper explanation. Then they made it impossible for me to reply to them by perhaps eliminating their profile. I think I may know who wrote that ( I get personal reports about bad encounters with demanding, overbearing people) and I humbly ask them to check themselves. Please be considerate of time and tone and expectations when communicating with service people. They are not magicians and not servants. They are doing an important job for many, not just one.
