OUR A/C IS FIXED!
Giving a shoutout to John Heating & Cooling for working all day today, outside in 100° heat, to get it done right!
We’ll reopen tomorrow morning @7:30am to a much cooler restaurant! Thanks, everyone, for your patience and understanding!

UPDATE!
Hallelujah, we’ve got the part! It’s going to be installed tomorrow! Unfortunately, it might take a whole day to get it installed and cooling properly! So we’ll still have to be closed
Thursday. 🤞We can be up and running Friday morning, welcoming everyone back!

A big shout out to my staff and customers for pushing thru and making the best of things for the past week while we are dealing with an A/C unit gone bad, especially during another heat wave! We’ve made the decision, for the health and wellbeing of my dedicated staff and customers, to close until we can get it fixed. The temps have been brutal in my kitchen, baking area and dishwashing area the last several days and I will not ask my staff to further risk their health.
It ISN’T that we don’t desperately want a fix, that we don’t desperately want to serve you, that we don’t have the means to fix it. THE PROBLEM IS A SUPPLY ISSUE. Parts aren’t readily available like they used to be. We have to wait until they are delivered from the factory. WE THANK ALL WHO HAVE BEEN SUPPORTIVE DURING THIS FRUSTRATING TIME!! If you have concerns about reservations or scheduled events, please reach out to me, Lisa, directly through Nashville Exchange messenger.

Giving a SHOUTOUT to my staff & customers for enduring some “stuffiness” today! You are amazing! I walked in this morning at 6:30am to something no one wants to face first thing at the start of a weekend. NO AIRCONDITIONING!
Kudos to Shearin Heating & Cooling for coming out ASAP! Unfortunately our compressor went out and we can’t get one until at least Monday. Supply and weekend issues! We’ll be open, but do expect it to be a little warmer than usual. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

We’ve been following this Cyclospora thing very closely. Our food service, Sysco, that supplies us with whole head iceberg and whole head green leaf lettuce assures us that their supplies aren’t affected. Please be assured, we follow CDC guidelines. We discard the outer layers of all our received lettuce. We thoroughly wash all our lettuce before preparing. Our spring mix comes from a greenhouse grown supplier in VA. None of our lettuce comes from Taylor Farms.
