Wedding Wednesday 🤍

A beautiful wedding doesn’t just happen. It takes a whole lot of planning, preparation, and an incredible team behind the scenes.

This celebration was an especially meaningful one for us as we celebrated the marriage of our owners’ son and his beautiful bride. From the first pans coming out of the kitchen to the final buffet being set, every detail was prepared with a little extra love.

We’re proud to have been part of such a special family milestone and even prouder to share a peek behind the scenes of what it takes to bring a wedding day to life.

Straight from the boss’ recent travels and now officially their drink of the summer: the Hugo Spritz. 🍃🥂

Light, crisp, floral, and basically made for these scorching summer days. It’s the kind of cocktail that feels fancy without trying too hard, and once you have one, you get the obsession.

We’re calling it now: this is the drink of the season. Perfect for cooling down during this heat wave, hosting friends for the holiday weekend, or just pretending you’re somewhere in Europe for an hour. ☀️

Wedding Wednesday 🤍

Back in mid April, Clean Plate Club had the honor of catering a wedding that was especially meaningful to our team: celebrating the marriage of one of our own, who also serves as part of our incredible culinary team, and his bride.

While the skies were a little overcast, the joy, love, and energy of the day couldn’t have been brighter. Surrounded by family, friends, and plenty of great food, it was a celebration filled with unforgettable moments.

Being part of life’s most special milestones is what we love most, and this one felt extra close to home.

Not every wedding needs a plated dinner. 💛

This couple opted for a cocktail-style reception filled with beautiful food stations, passed bites, and plenty of opportunities for guests to gather, mingle, and celebrate.

From Mediterranean mezze and fresh pasta to carved beef tenderloin and seasonal accompaniments, every station was designed to be both visually stunning and absolutely delicious.
