Today, Noko turns 3. It’s hard to put into words what this place means to all of us.

We built this restaurant to prove that hospitality can be more. That a restaurant can be an agent for real change. That you can take care of your people without sacrificing success. We don’t take for granted the trust our team and guests place in us every single service.

To our Noko fam, we are forever grateful for the heart each of you bring day in and day out. To the Nashville community, thank you for believing in us from the start.

Dine to Shine returns for its third year on April 9, 2026 at , cohosted with (NCA).

The event will feature a family-style dinner by some of Nashville’s best chefs and a live auction in support of children in Davidson County impacted by abuse and trauma.

Through NCA, those children receive care and support at no cost to their families.

This Thanksgiving, we’re helping ensure that 50 East Nashville families have a Thanksgiving meal to cook and share at home - turkey, sides, and all.

A $75 donation feeds a family of 4 to 6, and every dollar helps make it happen.
