🌊 From the Pacific to Middle Tennessee 🌊

Our gorgeous Bigeye Ahi Tuna was swimming the waters around Honolulu just days ago, and now it’s being artfully prepared right here for y’all in Middle Tennessee, just in time for CMA Fest weekend.

We’re featuring this incredible fish two ways: a stunning Ahi Tartare appetizer and this show-stopping entrée.

Six generous ounces of wild, line-caught Bigeye Ahi, encrusted with toasted sesame and seared rare, served over a vibrant sauté of Napa cabbage, red pepper, bok choy, carrot, red cabbage, scallions, mushrooms, snow peas, and fresh cilantro.

Finished with a rich soy reduction, sweet chili vinaigrette, and the most crave-worthy scallion aioli imaginable.

‘Twas the night before CMA Fest in Nashville’s bright light,
and the city was stirring, all restless this night.

The banners were strung up on Broadway with care,�
in hopes that fun crowds would soon gather there.

The buses were parked by the honky-tonk doors,�
while visions of setlists danced over the floors.

Soundchecks were a-humming, stage lights all aglow,�And downtown was buzzing with a warm country glow.

When out on the street there arose such a clatter,�
I stepped off the curb to see what was the matter.

Past neon and laughter and guitar-strings a-strained,�
I wandered mid-evening through Nashville’s main lane.

And there, like a secret just off the bright beat,�
a warm little haven appeared on a side street.

“Midtown Cafe,” read its welcoming sign,�
A Nashville treasure, both classic and fine.

Inside, there were cocktails, both crisp and refined,�
and plates of fine food, beautifully designed.

With wines by the glass and that sweet Southern grace,�
it felt like the world had just slowed down its pace.

So I lingered a while as the festival grew,�
with music and magic and skyline in view.

And there in that glow where the night felt just right,
my first eve in Nashville became pure delight!

Our glorious (and gluten-free!) Chocolate Pot de Crème is back on the dessert menu this week, and we couldn't be happier.

We first fell in love with this recipe during our annual celebration of Julia Child in 2024. Since then, it has made a few cherished reappearances. And every time it returns, we rejoice!

Julia Child's Petit Pot de Crème au Chocolat is the very definition of French comfort: a silky, intensely rich chocolate custard with a luxuriously smooth texture that simply melts on your tongue. We're serving ours crowned with a generous cloud of Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries for the perfect balance of decadence and brightness.

We’ve got the premium tuna goods, y’all!

There’s not much better than gorgeous, sushi-grade ahi that’s been wild-caught in the pristine waters surrounding Hawaii. Line-fished using sustainable methods, this beautiful fish is prized for its clean flavor, buttery texture, and exceptional freshness.

Tonight, our culinary team will be preparing this stunning ahi tuna with care to highlight its naturally rich taste and vibrant color.

We have a very limited number of portions available this evening for both our chilled ahi appetizer and our warm ahi entree.

We’re serving that pristine ahi with seaweed salad, creamy avocado, gently pickled hothouse cucumber, and sweet corn with fresh cilantro.
