The end of an era 🥹♥️

Today I delivered my last wedding cake. The last 6 years have been everything I wanted it to be and more. Finishing at close to 500 weddings has been more than I ever imagined for this little business. A bittersweet day but my little “why’s” met me at the door with flowers, hugs and a request to still make their birthday cakes 🤣 I couldn’t have done any of this without chef Tripp who turned Pastor Tripp along the way. Working together healed my marriage in ways I didn’t know it needed and I’ll forever clap back at the people who say they can’t work with their spouse - yes you can, we did it everyday in 500 square feet. My family, my in laws, my friends, everyone that came to hang out with us in the bakery while we worked or on deliveries, I’m forever grateful. Thank you to everyone who trusted us as your cake people, it’s truly been an honor to be apart of all the celebrations through the years. Around the Table is officially closed for business ♥️
