We’ve learned a lot in 4 months, and we’ve observed, eaten and experimented a TON. This is a big change for us, but we are really excited about it.

Beginning next week, our pastrami and roast beef sandwich will move from sliced bread to an insane marbled rye sub from Charpier's Bakery. Those sandwiches will also be available in half or whole sizes, and steamed, like (almost) all of the other sandwiches on our menu. We are also adding 🥬 and 🍅 because it’s delicious and is the perfect addition to any steamed sandwich.

Some of you have already tried it, heard us talking about it, or seen the photos. Our second Lincoln Fresh-O-Matic arrives today (IYKYK) and we will roll this out next Tuesday! See you soon!
