Unfortunately, the Sycamore Saloon has closed permanently. After much consideration, we have decided to close the Sycamore Saloon for good. This journey has been one of immense learning and growth, but despite our best efforts, there was no other way forward. The path of ownership is often unpredictable, and while we’ve had many wins, we’ve also faced though challenges that led us to where we are now. Unfortunately, it has been a tough winter for us, physically for some of us, the weather has hurt our business, which in turn has hurt us economically.
With that being said, the Resort is still open, and we do welcome any overnight guest visiting Brown County. We also welcome anyone looking to book an event. Moving forward, we have decided to put the property up for sale. We have come a long way since 2021 when we purchased this property to learning the ins and outs of how Brown County works. It has been a real pleasure serving the people from many different areas. We especially appreciate the overwhelming support from friends and family. This is one of the most beautiful properties in all of Brown County and we will miss it. I want to thank the many staff members that have worked for us. I wish them the very best in their future endeavors. We have made a lot of changes to this property, and we can only hope that the next owners will see the vision and opportunity that this property has and will see it all the way through.
