Hard to believe we’ve been open for a whole year! We have had so many wins and losses, and it has been incredible. Thank you for giving the concept life and giving us someone to share our gastronomic journey with! We have loved watching you celebrate, work, dance, y más aquí with us. Estamos *CANTANDO* for this new cocktail special! A play on Jalisco’s “Cantarito.” While the original drink is named after the clay drinking vessels they are traditionally served in, the spirit of this refreshing cocktail sings! bursting with fresh citruses and our housemade dried chile salt. Completely crushable and each sale contributes to fermentation education!

We are still without power. NES customer service was unable to share any info about the outages in Sylvan Park or when to expect power. We are working behind the scenes on reopening, but this hurts. We hope to be back serving you this weekend, but will continue sharing updates on our stories. Hope you have all found warmth of some kind! 🌤️
