We are currently seeking an outstanding, experienced line cook to join our fun, fast growing and highly motivated team at our Centennial Boulevard location.
Starting pay - $20/hr for qualified applicants.
Most shifts run from mid afternoon through 10:30 pm. Limited shifts running from late morning through late afternoon or early evening.
Primary functions include preparing food items quickly, accurately and safely per company specifications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Prepare delicious dishes with provided recipes
•Label and date all products
•Sanitize and clean equipment and work areas to ensure safe food preparation and work space
•Use checklists to open and close kitchen areas
•Wash dishes and glassware as needed
•Restock food products
•Inspect and accept food deliveries
•Follow shelf life specifications related to products
Required Skills:
•High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
•Knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and hygiene
•Minimum of one year cooking experience is preferred
•Previous bar experience a plus
•Basic math skills
•Ability to follow recipes
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
