Gio's Chicago Pizza food truck is closing after 4.5 years. Owner Greg Knotek cites cancer, theft, and rising costs.

With a heavy heart, I have to share that, due to health challenges, financial constraints, and circumstances beyond our control, we will be closing Citizens Kitchen West. Our food truck will also be ending operations.

Please join us this Friday for our final day of service. It would mean so much to us to see you one last time.

Thank you for allowing me to share my heart through pizza, fellowship, and the countless conversations we’ve had over the years. Your support, encouragement, and friendships have meant more than words can express.

While this chapter is coming to an end, I truly believe God isn’t finished writing the story. Perhaps one day it will all come together again in a new way. Until then, it’s time for me to move on and focus on what lies ahead.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything. God bless each and every one of you.
