Home from Italy and fighting through the jet lag. 🇮🇹➡️🇺🇸🍝
Why is it that after taking a couple weeks off, you come home feeling like you’re starting from ZERO?! 😂 Anyone else?
But I’m BACK—and there’s a lot happening at Gina’s Skinny Italian.
First up: restocking Publix shelves, pushing our Kroger promotion, updating our online shop, and… MY PASTA IS FINALLY ABOUT TO GO INTO PRODUCTION. 🙌🏼🍝
My new & improved pasta is high protein, high fiber AND low carb—and it won’t be long before it’s back on Amazon and ready to ship nationwide. 🇺🇸
It has been a LONG road getting here but I have a feeling it’s going to be worth the weight.
Uhhh… WAIT. 😉😂
And if you’re in Middle Tennessee, you don’t have to wait for the pasta to get your Gina’s fix. 🍅 Look for my clean-ingredient, no-sugar-added Italian sauces at Publix and select Kroger locations. If you spot that big green & yellow end cap at Kroger… you found me. 💚💛
October is shaping up to be a BIG month, too. I’ll be attending the NEXT Awards, where Gina’s Skinny Italian is nominated in the Consumer Goods category. 🥹
Sometimes entrepreneurship makes you focus so much on what isn’t happening fast enough that you forget to look around at everything that IS happening.
So I’m counting my lucky stars, keeping the glass half full and getting back to work building this crazy little dream of better-for-you Italian food. 🇮🇹❤️
