Pork Belly Krapao, Kai Daow
Take a signature Thai dish called Pad Krapao which is usually a minced pork and spicy basil stir fry…but use local Porter Road Online Butcher ground, add Gifford's lardons…and of course a fried Sequatchie Cove Farm egg on top.

Bamboo Chicken
Our “Khao Kaeng” Steam Table style dates back to 1975 when our Matriarch started introducing Thai flavors to Nashville. This is Pad Phed Nawmai, a bamboo shoots and chicken stir fry in red curry paste. Packed with earthy flavor and savory, subtle smoky chili notes, it’s awesome with a side of jasmine rice. FAMILY MEAL
Last night a couple came in and cautiously ordered “Family Meal”. It started with “We are sensitive to spice.” They were then suggested to just order à la carte. Alas, they went for it anyway and ended the experience with “I’m so glad we did it because we would have never thought or known to order this and we love it” 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

We introduced this style of dining about a month ago and are quite impressed with the trust you put in us. Allowing us to take you on a house curated journey of three curated courses; a taste of our hits and a playful energy of what the season gives, this is the ultimate way sit back for the evening, get a sense of what we love to do and discover new favorites.
