Closed Today
We are so sorry for this inconvenience my friendos. Unfortunately our bagels did not bake properly and we cannot serve them. We are working to fix this problem as quickly as possible. We received a different flour and it has greatly impacted our product.

CLOSED TODAY
Due to the Extreme Heat we have experienced the past couple days and continuing today, we had to make the hard decision to close today. It has been about 90-100° in the kitchen (even with the ac unit and fans out back, the oven really heats things up). We have 3 people on our team, last night 1 of us suffered heat exhaustion/dehydration and need the day to recover so we can get back to making those delicious bagels!
We apologize for any inconvenience and bagel cravings this causes you. We will be back tomorrow with our hand rolled and boiled bagels! Be safe out there today!

Good Morning Friendos. Some sad news, starting today we will be CLOSED MONDAYS. We wanted to be open Mondays thru the summer, but we are physically unable to continue working 7 days/100 hrs a week (yes we work on Tuesdays even though we are closed).

We are so sorry for any inconvenience, heartbreak or bagel cravings this causes.

This is a small mom and pop shop, and those bagels being hand rolled is a time consuming labor of love. As business has become increasingly busier (we are so incredibly grateful, thank you so much!), we are doing our best to keep up with demand.

We want to thank our helper Nekisha who is with us a few days a week, we would not be able to do this without her! We also have a new face that will be joining our team soon!

Thank you to everyone for your understanding and support. We would not be here if not for all you friendos! We will continue being Open Wed thru Friday 6:30 am-1:30pm and Saturday & Sunday 7am-2pm.

Happy Monday Friendos! Those skies may look gloomy, but we have just the bagel to bring a smile to your tummy 🥰😁
Some people are still super surprised when they hear we make all of our bagels here! After the dough is made, Manny and I hand roll every single bagel and they are all boiled in a malt syrup just like they do in New York! Then they get topped with a bunch of toppings before going into the old school pizza oven with rotating shelves. These are the Asiago Cheese Bagels before and after being baked. For the love of Cheese 🧀🥯😍🤤

Closed Today
Due to the Extreme Heat we are getting again today, we will be closed. With the oven blaring at over 400°, it was over 100° out back in the kitchen yesterday, all day. While it was only a 15hr long shift, that extreme heat is just not safe for us to work in. We will be back tomorrow with delicious hand rolled bagels. Thank you for your understanding and we hope everyone stays safe today.
P.S. Don't forget to keep your furry friends off the pavement...even if they really want to go for that walk. And if you have an elderly neighbor check in on them : )

Happy Thursday Friendos!!! We are Open til 1:30 today! Thank you everyone for the last couple of days (our summer vacation), we really needed a couple days off. Malachai loved having some family pup time too 🐕🥰 Now back to 90+hrs a week making delicious hand rolled bagels 🥯🤤

Wanted to share a funny story. One of the gents at Meineke told Manny he saw a bagel fly by him in the parking lot the other day. He then saw the bagel struggle to be pulled up in a tree. The whole bagel, about the size of this cutie! Yes, he is one of our happy well fed friendos...with a bagel addiction 🤣🤣🐿🥯

Before it hits 100 horrible degrees, stop on by for some yummy New York bagel treats.

We also have blueberry muffins, belgian chocolate chip muffins, sticky buns topped with pecans, and portuguese sweet rice (like a sweet lemon risotto with cinnamon)
