Happy DSP Week! 💚💜

Cravings simply could not run without our amazing Direct Support Professionals: Kim, Maddie, Sam & Robynn!

Being a DSP is so much more than just showing up for work. It’s teaching, encouraging, problem-solving, laughing, redirecting, celebrating successes, working through the hard moments, and helping our guys build skills and confidence every single day.

Our program is BUSY, and these four are right in the middle of it all. From the kitchen and school lunches to the studio, community outings, projects, goals, and everything in between, they keep Cravings moving.

Thank you, Kim, Maddie, Sam & Robynn, for everything you do for our crew and for Cravings. We appreciate you this week and all year long! 💚💜

💚💜 We clean up pretty nicely! 😏

Today we traded in our Cravings aprons for something a little fancier and headed down to Quincy for TILL’s Anniversary Luncheon!

Isaac, Kathy and Paul were recognized for 5 years with TILL! Their time with TILL actually goes back much further, but because of the break during COVID, today marked their official 5-year milestone on the books. 💚

Our Program Manager, Renee, celebrated 10 years with TILL and Cravings! 🎉 All 10 of those years have been right here at Cravings, starting as an Artisan, moving into the Senior Artisan role, and eventually becoming Program Manager. Quite the Cravings journey! 💜

Dawn joined us for the celebration too, and it was nice to step away from the usual Cravings craziness for an afternoon, enjoy lunch, celebrate some milestones and recognize the years everyone has put in.

Congratulations to Isaac, Kathy, Paul and Renee! 💚💜

And tomorrow… it’s back to the aprons. 😂

Cravings Catering serves school lunches! 🍎🥪

Our school catering program is officially underway, and we’re excited to be serving nutritious, delicious meals to local students throughout the school year. From fresh fruit and vegetables to complete lunch trays, our team works hard each day to prepare, pack and deliver every meal with care.

Our school lunch program takes teamwork from start to finish! Our kitchen team prepares the food, our staff organizes each order and our delivery team makes sure everything arrives fresh and ready to serve. We’re proud to support local schools and help provide students with meals they can enjoy during their busy school days.

Here’s to a great school year filled with happy students, full bellies and plenty of delicious lunches! 💚💜

❤️ Sending a little cheer from Cravings to Kansas! 🪨🎨

We recently heard about 6-year-old Maddie and her Rock Garden, created after she was diagnosed with cancer. Maddie loves rocks and painting them, and people from all over have been sending rocks to help fill her garden and brighten her days.

Of course, our Cravings crew wanted to be part of it! 💚💜 Today our guys painted rocks to send, and they even chose to include a few plain ones so Maddie can paint them herself when she feels up to it. ❤️

☀️ What a way to wrap up the summer at Cravings! 🌭🍔

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual cookout today! Great food, lots of laughs, ice cream, games and some pretty serious competition!

And once again, our Cravings crew took the win in the annual clients vs. staff tug-of-war! 😂💪 Apparently the staff needs to start training a little earlier next year!

We love having everyone together for days like this. 💚💜 Thank you to everyone who helped make today such a fun one!

Team Building in Salisbury! 💚💜

Today, our New Hampshire management team traded in our usual workday for a little team building in Salisbury!

Dawn and I joined Tricia and other managers of TILL for a day focused on communication, teamwork, problem solving, and of course, a little friendly competition. 😄

Days like today are a great reminder that the same things we encourage every day at our programs, working together, trying something new, supporting one another, and having some fun along the way, are just as important for us!

A great day spent with a pretty great team! 💚💜 TILL, INC.
