To our Bistro 603 Family,
This coming week will be our last week of operation here in Nashua. Closing a restaurant is never an easy choice, but as we prepare for the final stretch, we are choosing to focus on the gratitude we have for every person who walked through our doors. To our amazing guests, staff, and neighbors: thank you for letting us be a part of your lives, your celebrations, and your meals. We are so grateful for the memories made within these walls.
We will be open Wednesday through Sunday for our final week of service. Come by, say hi, and enjoy your favorite dishes one last time.
🗓 Our Final Hours:
• Wednesday – Friday 4pm open.
• Saturday – Sunday 10am open
• Final Day: Sunday, April 19th Closing for the last time at 4pm.
