I’m one lucky human. The crew at Gansett Poke are simply the best — kind, thoughtful, and incredibly talented, each in their own way… one in particular 😉🥰

If there’s one thing I’ve taken away from starting a food truck and poke café, it’s the privilege of being welcomed into even a small chapter of these young people’s lives.

Every bowl, cup, straw we use is compostable - because small choices add up. 🌿 While convenience often comes at the planet’s expense, we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between what tastes good and what’s good for the earth. We’re NOT PERFECT, but we’re intentional.

I’ve been flaking out a bit lately. Sometimes it feels frivolous to constantly post about ourselves, our teeny business in our small town.

Call it the weather, the politics, people being hurt, the state of our world… I just don’t know. What I do know is that small businesses can hibernate for only so long.

So, JOIN US starting THURSDAY 2/5 for our grand re-opening 2026. We’re bringing a few new ideas and items to try out:
1. Two new house-made sauces (green goddess & -yum)
2. Spicy tuna
3. Crunchy lettuce w/ spring mix
4. Liquid Aminos:GF
5. Nutritional Yeast: protein, fiber, umami
6. Açaí w/protein powder (totally optional)
