a little heads up that our hours are going to look a bit different this week!

with labor day falling later this year, we’ve found ourselves in a bit of a weird in-between time with our summer team already back at school, but our URI crew not back for another week or so.

we know this schedule is a sh*tshow + definitely not how we prefer to operate. we’re doing our best to stay open as much as we can, but there are a few days this week where we simply don’t have the staff to make it happen.

SO we’re going to make the most of it, take a few days to reset, get organized + start planning for the f word 🍂

heading into september, we’re looking to add to our greenhouse team! we’re a small team that works hard, supports each other + likes to have fun while we do it. for both roles, the most important things to us are reliability, availability + kindness. we’re looking for people who show up, care about their work + help create a positive environment.

👩🏻‍🍳 KITCHEN
• full + part time positions available
• full time: kitchen experience required
• part time: experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
• comfortable with basic kitchen prep + chopping vegetables
• able to multitask, stay organized + stay focused while working through a prep list
• reliable, dependable + able to consistently show up for scheduled shifts
• part time schedules can be worked around your class schedule
• for someone with kitchen experience, the day-to-day is pretty straightforward!

🥗 FRONT OF HOUSE
• part time salad + smoothie makers
• we’re looking to fill specific days + timeframes, so availability will be a big factor in hiring
• comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• friendly, reliable + comfortable talking with customers
• able to represent the greenhouse brand with kindness + enthusiasm
• dependable + able to consistently show up for scheduled shifts
• part time schedules can be worked around your class schedule
