Hey friends!

This is a reminder that here at Main Street Roasters, only registered service animals are permitted inside — including dine-in, to-go orders, and online pickup.

We continue to receive concerns from guests impacted by animals in close spaces, such as ordering lines, sofas, and tables. To protect the well-being of all guests and maintain an allergen-safe environment, this policy is firmly upheld.

Several hours are spent each morning before opening to thoroughly clean and prepare our shop, creating a welcoming space for every guest. Allowing animals in shared areas works against the care and standards we maintain daily.

Food safety, cleanliness, and the comfort of all guests come first. Guests who do not follow this policy will be asked to leave.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
