BEER CENTRIC FOOD PAIRING Now open to the public! Tomorrow, Thursday 11/14/19 at 6PM. Draper will be paired with 3 bites of food to elevate the flavors within the beer. Head Brewer Dave and Chef Sid will be there to guide you through the experience and then take you on a brewery tour.

There is no better time than now to join our Bruhe Club. Head Brewer Dave and Chef Sid have joined forces to bring you a very special event. This Thursday at 6pm will be our first Beer Centric Food Pairing. Bruhe Club members will be treated to a combination of our featured beer and 3 different small bites of food that have been specifically designed to elevate this featured beer for only $15. Dave and Sid will be present to chat about the beer and the food, and the event will finish with a tour of the brewery.

With only 20 remaining, today could be your last chance to pick up a bottle of Draper.

Draper bottle release will be on Halloween day starting at 5pm, our adult Trick or Treat. Limit 1 bottle per person. $20 per 750ml bottle. Bruhe Club members will have the opportunity to taste before anyone! Tomorrow at 5pm we will welcome Bruhe club members to have a sample at no charge, pre-order 1 bottle, and chat with Head Brewer Dave about how Draper was put together. Friday Oct. 25th, Draft pours will be available to everyone. AND it will be the 1st day of voting for Beer Wars. Once voting is open, simply go to indianascoolnorth.com/beerwars to vote for your favorite Northern Indiana beer.

Head Brewer Dave is putting the finishing touches on your favorite pink drink. Drupaceous will be returning to the taps very soon!

We're harvesting our whiskey barrels today. "Draper" will be in bottles and kegs soon!

Erik Donner Live at Ruhe152!!

Join us tomorrow for our release of "Wolfhouse" a traditional Oktoberfest style lager. We will have a beer tent setup on the corner of Main st. And Lincoln st. from 5pm to 8pm to enjoy a pint along with live music and food trucks!

RUHE152 is an exciting new bistro, brewery, and distillery located in Nappanee, Indiana. The result of a partnership between foodies and craft-beer enthusiasts who would often travel significant distances in search of culinary and brewery experiences that both excited the taste buds and offered great atmospheres to hang out in - RUHE152 is the culmination of years of planning and development. Long wanting to bring a destination dining and brewery experience to the Nappanee - Wakarusa community, we are hopeful that you too will enjoy the unique, quality dining and architectural experience that RUHE152 has to offer. You will find our menu to be very eclectic, something our chef likes to refer to as American Fusion. It offers everything from great salads, hand-helds, steaks, seafood, unique sushi rolls and other memorable fares including amazing desserts.

Our beer selection offers some of the tastiest, memorable craft beers you will ever taste with each one brewed on site. There are a number of tasty craft cocktails to choose from, including typically offering a cocktail on tap.

David Michael, the Head Brewer at Ruhe152, has been featured in brewery magazines and is well-known as a quality and innovative brewer and distiller. Ruhe152’s beers have been touted and recognized at beer festivals including being chosen as the “Best of the Fest” at the 2020 South Bend Brew Fest (Jan. 2020).

Executive Chef Sid Gongwer brings loads of experience and amazing, flavorful dishes culled from his time in Los Angels and Beverly Hills. Our serving staff (the “RUHE CREW”) includes some of the best servers our area has to offer, each of whom is very excited to be a part of this special venture.
