Hey Rise’n Rollers!

I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your ongoing and continued support! You have all come together and given us the best possible year, even during the quarantine. Through everything that 2020 has thrown our way, you folks even voted us Indiana’s Best Donut Shop of 2020! We cannot thank you all enough!

As many of you have no doubt experienced shortages of some kind during this pandemic, we too have felt these strains with our ingredients and staffing levels. We have been able to overcome most of those problems so far in order to make sure you still get the products you love and deserve. Unfortunately, at no fault of our own or our franchise operators, we are starting to feel that strain greater than before. What this means for you is that we may not have availability of all of our baked goods this holiday season. Rest assured that we will be doing everything in our power to ensure you get what it is that you want this holiday season.

Should we encounter and production issues, our franchise operators will be informed immediately so they are able to communicate that with you, our amazing fans! Our top priorities are the health and safety of all of our employees both at the bakery and retail levels, as well as to make sure you get what you order.

Regrettably, with the world we are living in right now, some issues will be out of our control and we will not be able to guarantee all special orders this year. All we can ask is for your patience, understanding and forgiveness as we work through these shortages.

Thank you again for a wonderful year, we value and appreciate you all more than you know!
