Last weekend, we had the pleasure of feeding the Assumption High School Class of 2026 Graduation Party attendees at the Assumption Parish Community Center!

It was a great time of celebrating all of their accomplishments and their entering into the post-high school world!

This past weekend, we celebrated the newlyweds, Alexis & Cole Broussard at their reception in the Assumption Parish Community Center after they were married at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Pierre Part!

Fun, love, and great vibes were in the air as everyone had a great time celebrating our newest Code 4 Couple! The dance floor was never empty & everyone ate great!

Happy Mother’s Day from our family to yours, on this beautiful day, dedicated to all of you!

Today, we celebrate all of the joys, sacrifices, strength, and the total blessing that is motherhood, as well as our gratefulness for our amazing mothers! Please also keep those in mind who have experienced the struggles of infertility and similar issues. We pray for you all as well on this day.

We also hope that all of you channel your inner Code 4 for today’s mother’s and cook them up some great food!!

Busy day happening now!

Please help us congratulate our newest Code 4 Couple - the soon to be Mr. & Mrs. Broussard!

Also please help us congratulate all Grads who are graduating this weekend - especially those from Ascension Catholic Diocesan Regional School, and even just a tad bit more to those who are eating great from us tonight!

And a special congratulations to one of our best helpers from Day 1, Ms. Lani Alleman who graduated from University of New Orleans this weekend!!

A little rainy weather can’t mess up a great time && of course great food!!

On Thursday night, Donnie returned to his roots and we catered the Pierre Part Elementary School’s Athletic Banquet!

We understand first hand the sacrifices that all of these coaches, athletes, parents, and school staff make to give the kids the ability to learn their respective sports!

On the menu was Shrimp Fettucine, Chicken Tenders, Green Beans, and Dinner Rolls!

Thank you to those who brought us in to cater the banquet for our young area athletes and coaches!

Stay tuned until the end of the clip to see our little slugger himself, who everyone made it to the ballpark just in time to see play his game too!

One week ago tonight, we had the privilege of catering the Leedy’s wedding reception at the Assumption Community Center!

With the bride being born and raised locally, she and her new husband, along with his family from Oklahoma, came down to Louisiana to have the absolute best time and also food, of course, on their big night!!

The wedding decorations included beautifully thought out pieces by the bride’s mother, as well as a sweets table we arranged, which included many sweets baked by the bride’s grandmother! There were subtle pieces of the bride & groom’s new Oklahoma roots spread throughout as well.

Every piece of this reception was very well planned and meaningful! Planning and decorating were knocked out of the park by Weddings 2 Remember by Shawn Tassin!

The night began with passed around bites including:

Crawfish Kickers 🦞
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp 🦐
Boudin Balls 😍
Mini Crawfish Pies 🥧

The served catering spread included:

Shrimp Fettucine 🦐
Jambalaya 🥘
BBQ meatballs 🧆
Spinach & Artichoke Dip 🥬
Triangled Sandwiches 🥪
