Last night’s Cooking Class at Casa Cotzelli was such a blast! We cooked like a big family — with laughter, wine, and pure joy — while preparing Crab Cakes, traditional Pici Toscani, and a creamy Ricotta Cheesecake. Our guests also enjoyed a little peek behind the scenes and the warm atmosphere of our kitchen. 😍
