Tomorrow night, The Club Room takes a tour through Italy by way of the glass—from Franciacorta Rosé in Lombardy and Etna Bianco from Sicily to Valtellina Superiore, Langhe, and a beautifully aged Vin Santo from Tuscany.

Each bottle has a place at the table, paired thoughtfully with five courses designed to bring out something different in every pour.
