Diners journey through a fusion of flavors Chef Aielli calls "Venetian World" cuisine, allowing them to explore tastes authentic to his native Venice, with dashes from faraway culinary palates. Each dish is a revelation of new flavor reflecting the Chef's open mind and imagination. While seafood-centric and featuring a raw bar, Sea Salt also serves a generous range of meats. Diners can choose from the restaurant's signature whole grilled fish as well as grass fed steaks and free range chicken. Dishes also showcase seasonal ingredients from local farms and day boats. Sea Salt's dining venues include an covered courtyard overlooking Naples' Third Street South, a hip bar, main dining room, and semi-private dining areas. A stunning, architectural wine display features one of Naples' top collections, overseen by a dedicated sommelier who also curates an extensive wine-by-the-glass program and signature cocktail menu. An open kitchen allows diners to witness the creativity of the culinary team.
