FALL HAS ARRIVED AT NOSH
Sizzle Dining may be over, but there’s something new to look forward to at NOSH on Naples Bay.

Beginning tomorrow, October 2nd, Chef Todd Johnson introduces our brand-new 5-Course Fall Tasting Menu — just $78 per person. A thoughtfully crafted menu celebrating the flavors of the season, with five courses designed to make your evening at NOSH truly special.

From Crispy Dubai Crab with truffle aioli and sliced black truffle to Berkshire Pork Tenderloin “Saltimbocca,” Oven-Roasted Local Black Grouper, and a decadent Pumpkin Brûlée Cheesecake, every course offers something special.

Want to elevate the experience? Add a specially curated two-course w**e tasting for just $28, selected by Chef and Sommelier Todd Johnson.

Our award-winning Happy Hour continues at NOSH, with extended hours Tuesday through Thursday!

VALETTE WINES DINNER AT NOSH ON NAPLES BAY

From one of the most exclusive tables in Naples to one unforgettable evening at NOSH.

On Thursday, November 19th, NOSH on Naples Bay invites you to an extraordinary evening inspired by one of the most sought-after culinary experiences of the Naples Winter W**e Festival. Chef Dustin Valette of Sonoma, California, will join Chef and Owner Todd Johnson for an exceptional evening of w**e and cuisine at NOSH on Naples Bay.

Known for his acclaimed restaurants and highly regarded Valette W**es, Chef Valette is a celebrated guest of the Naples Winter W**e Festival, where his intimate dining experiences have become some of the event's most sought-after offerings. At last year's festival, a dinner prepared by Chef Valette and paired with his w**es commanded $25,000 per couple, ultimately raising an extraordinary $1 million for the Naples Winter W**e Festival.

Just days after this year's festival, Chef Valette will join us at NOSH for one exclusive evening.

For this special event, NOSH will close its doors and welcome just 80 guests to enjoy a four-course dinner thoughtfully paired with acclaimed Valette W**es. Inspired by Chef Valette's celebrated Naples Winter W**e Festival experience, this will be a unique dinner created exclusively for NOSH.

The evening will feature thoughtfully selected Valette W**es pairings, with Chef Valette personally preparing one course alongside a menu created in collaboration with Chef Todd Johnson.

We also sell our gift cards there, they are the perfect gift. One of our most popular dish is the Slow butter poached Maine lobster tail served over Jacksonville rock shrimp & truffle risotto, and lobster sherry sauce.
