From Chef Todd-Today, September 28, 2026 is the 4 Year Anniversary of Hurricane Ian’s Destruction of Detroit Pizza Joint in Cape Coral, Florida. This video shows the DPJ Roof in the middle of Skyline Blvd. We received Zero from our Insurance Company like many others. I have done Charity Work my whole life. Post Hurricane, I focused on doing “pop ups” to build the DPJ Brand and helping others in the SWFL Community thru my Charity Work. Giving back to the Community will continue as we open in a new location! DPJ is very close to completing our “Comeback Story”! If you would like to help DPJ reach its Goal, please call/text me 239-910-8206. Thanks to all of the DPJ supporters!
