Tru-BBQ takes pride in cooking real barbecue. Barbecuing is an art and we strive to create masterpieces. Providing barbecue in its truest form possible by only using 100% hardwood lump charcoal and wood is what we do best. We competed in our first BBQ competition last summer and it was a blast!
