Taking it all the way back to the mid-90s with an old Sh**un menu! Looking at this menu brings back so many memories, and probably makes some of you feel a little nostalgia.

A lot has changed since then. Food costs, inventory, labor, and just about everything else have gone up, but there’s one thing we’ve worked hard to keep the same:

This isn't just another hibachi restaurant. This is Sh**un Japanese Steakhouse. Where legends are served, memories are made, and traditions have been forged since 1983.

As we leave tonight, we are reminded that this place has held up for decades because of the many people that became our Sh**un Family. Bounced right back within days after 2 months of closure from the fire incident from everyone's overwhelming support. Our days have been busy since we reopened and we cannot thank you enough 🙏

The support we received catapulted us to be here. We are reminded once again of what Sh**un really means. More than what we offer on the menu. It was a humbling experience to our team, and glad to be back.
