what better day to share an update on our straw fundraiser?
thanks to your $1 donations, we raised $89 for A.D.O.P.T. pet shelter! and because we love supporting our four-legged friends, sno problems is matching your generosity with another $89 donation.
that means $178 total will be donated to A.D.O.P.T. to help animals in need! 🐾
thank you to everyone who grabbed a straw and helped us give back. we’re so happy we can help some very deserving pups! ❄️🐶

it's almost time for one of our favorite events! 🍧🎶
we'll be at the west chicago food festival tomorrow, serving up your favorite shaved ice from 4:00-8:00 pm! grab dinner from one of the amazing food vendors, enjoy live music and family fun, then cool off with a sno problems.
bring your appetite and your sweet tooth. we'll see you downtown! ❄️💙

thank you to everyone who stopped by, brought your friends and families, and made this another unforgettable summer. we truly appreciate every visit, every smile, and every shave.
while august 12 is our last day at the trailer for the season, our party trailer will still be out serving at private events. if you want to catch us before next summer, we'll be sharing those public event dates right here on our social media.

🐶 it's officially the dog days of summer, and dutch has a few thoughts...
picture #1: "too hot."
picture #2: "remember when there was snow?"
picture #3: "i'm still a good boy, though."
i had every intention of getting a photo of dutch enjoying a shaved ice at the trailer, but with this heat, he voted for staying home in the a/c instead. honestly... i couldn't argue with him. 😅
the good news? your four-legged best friend doesn't have to miss out! we have FREE pup cups available whenever you stop by and get a shaved ice. just ask at the window, and we'll treat your favorite furry friend!
stay cool, stay hydrated, and give your pups an extra belly rub from all of us at sno problems! 🐾💙

we’ll be open from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm saturday, and we’re keeping it simple in honor of america’s 250th birthday
for $2.50, you get:
• small shaved ice
• 1 standard flavor
• no additions or modifications
that’s it 🍧
full menu will also be available at regular pricing
and a heads up—we stop shaving at exactly 4:00 pm, so don’t cut it too close to the finish line
