What started as a popular Korean-Mexican food truck in St. Louis has grown into seven Seoul Taco fast-casual restaurants with locations in St.

Louis, Columbia, and Chesterfield, MO, as well as Chicago and Naperville, IL.

From one food truck in 2011 to serving our food at ComplexCon alongside , our 15th year has given us a lot to be grateful for.

Growth is never just about where you end up. It’s also about the people and partners who help you get there.

has been part of that journey—giving us the tools to grow, evolve and continue moving forward. And as the way people do business keeps changing, innovations like Bitcoin payments remind us that the future is always closer than we think.
