Did you know we churn all of our ice cream behind the blue swinging door into our little kitchen, small 3 gallon batches at a time? 🤔 Those yummy mix-ins like cakes, cookies, sauces, and swirls are made back there, too. Most days, we’re scooping ice cream in the evening that we made just that morning!
Our goal is to make sure your favorite flavors are always ready to scoop and serve. ‘Small batches’ is not just a marketing tagline - with our dairy license and freezer space, we can only make so much each day!
So while we may not always have the pint you’re looking for, or have to cut the line off near closing time, trust that we’re working hard to keep up with demand, keep the lines moving, and serve you with a smile. 😅
