After 12 incredible years, it’s time for us to say goodbye to JAX. While this moment is filled with sadness, our hearts are even fuller with gratitude. The memories we’ve made, the friendships we’ve built, and the unwavering support from our amazing locals have meant everything to us.

From our humble beginnings—14 handcrafted tables, a tiny 100-square-foot kitchen, and a dream—we’ve had the honor of serving this incredible community through both joyful celebrations and difficult times. Whether it was an early-morning brunch rush, a first date, a wedding toast, or simply a Sunday tradition, JAX has been a place where memories were made.

We are beyond grateful to have been a part of this community—not only as a gathering place but as a team dedicated to giving back. Through the years, we’ve stood together through earthquakes, fires, and a pandemic, supporting local organizations, schools, and sports teams along the way. It has been an honor to serve, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we created here.

While it’s hard to say goodbye, we are looking forward to the next two weeks (before our last day March 30th) of seeing your familiar faces one last time. Please stop by, share a story, and help us celebrate the final chapter of JAX—a funky little spot, built by locals, for locals.
