Bistro Sabor was proud to serve contemporary expressions of Latin America's favorite street food and snacks. This quick-service restaurant from Ariel Ceja offered an eclectic dining experience in the heart of downtown Napa: hot-from-the-fryer churros and savory pupusas, salmon ceviche tostadas, mushroom quesadillas; fresh tropical fruit salads; and made-to-order tacos that featured everything from roasted vegetables to seafood to carnitas.
