Pansit Guisado is on our menu! 🇵🇭

In celebration of Filipino Food Month, we’re highlighting one of the most well-known Filipino dishes. While there are so many different kinds of pansit across the Philippines, this is the one almost everyone recognizes—and for good reason. 😉

Bihon Noodles Sautéed with fresh vegetables and topped with house-made chili garlic shrimp and lechon kawali.

And yess!! That is Chef Jade when she was a kid with her sister excited to eat pansit guisado from her mom! 😂
