These meatballs deserve a moment.. Why, you may ask? They brought me back to life. This was the first dish I ever attempted at the age of 10 and don’t recall the last time I made them. I took one bite and was instantly transported back to childhood, stuck in that moment with no stress only pure happiness. It’s moments like these I remember why I keep cooking. Just some food for thought on this slow Sunday ☀️
