OFFICIAL SIGN UP LIST Smoked Prime Rib Christmas Dinner

Merry Christmas everyone!!!! If you're interested in something new this year for Christmas Dinner try our Smoked Prime Rib. One roast cuts about 15-17 one inch steaks that are about 12oz each. Total weight of the roast is approx: 15-18 pounds and we only have 17 more spots left. Is one roast too much for your family but want great prime rib??....Make arrangements and go in on half with your neighbor or friends, just let me know. FYI, Prime Rib is the ULTIMATE cut so it does cost more than Smoked Turkey but is soooooo worth it!!!
