The first thing I noticed right off the back is their high quality packaging. I love the green and gold combination 😍

Beautiful flowers on the individual portioned tea packages.

I cannot wait to dive in and share all my thoughts with you over this oolong.

I wanted to take a moment and apologize for the infrequent posts this month. I've been taking a step back for some mental self care. Less social media and more family time.

Although, Instagram has been my hardest to minimize. I love my tea community and unwavering support you all show me. ❤

I will still be post 2-3 times a week for the next 6 weeks. After that I'll likely return to daily posting.

It's good to step away from time to time and ground yourself to a strong foundation. Every once in awhile taking time to remember what's most important.

I've had a stressful day and my husband brought me tea in bed to cheer me up.

He always brings me cinnamon tea. I love that's what he always chooses. Now whenever I drink cinnamon tea or smell anything cinnamon for that matter, I think of him.

One of my favwausbto sweeten tea is with fruit juices! 😋

This energy blend by has Mango 🥭 included in the blend. The pineapple was a perfect pair for a tropical treat.

With some creamer and collagen then poured into my almond milk. Creates the best iced coffee ever!

Trying to eat healthy is always a struggle for me. Mainly due to convenience. I don't always have the motivation to cook after a long day at work.
