For one delicious week, Outer Banks restaurants will go head-to-head, serving up their best oyster creations and competing for the titles of Best Oyster Dish on the Outer Banks and Best Oyster Shooter!

October is all about community awareness at Front Porch Café ❤️☕️

Throughout the month, we’ll be using our Front Porch locations as a place to connect our community with local organizations, resources and people doing important work right here in the Outer Banks.

And it starts TODAY! Patti is at our Nags Head location this morning with information and resources to help kick off our October Spotlight.

Later this month, we’ll be shining a special spotlight on our local veterans. 🇺🇸 Local Veterans Service Officer Patricia O’Sullivan will be joining us for several Veterans Meet & Greets, where veterans and their families can stop by, ask questions and learn more about services and resources available to them. It’s also a great opportunity for anyone who wants to learn more about supporting veterans in our community.
