Inspired by a favorite summer time treat the strawberry shortcake. 🍓🍰 This latte is light and refreshing with the sweetness of the strawberry on the first sip backed by the spice of the speculoos cookie on the finish, topped with housemade vanilla whipped cream, and garnished with strawberry drizzle.
